Title: Ham-Filled Mushroom Caps

3tbCured ham, finely diced
2 Cl Garlic, minced
2tbParsley, minced
1/2 Dried red chili pepper, seed
  1/4 teaspoon crushed red pep
2tsFruity olive oil
12 Medium mushroom caps, brushe

In a bowl mix together the ham, garlic, parsley, chili pepper, and olive oil. Fill the mushroom caps with this mixture, arrange in a baking dish [may be prepared ahead], and bake at 350ø F for 15 minutes. (Champi¤ones Rellenos De Jamon).
